We provide the following services:
Reactive maintenance/issue resolve (No Service Level Agreement applicable).
Installation (user PC, Server, Comms equipment)
Both the above services based on an hourly rate.
Retainer As above but providing Service Level Agreement with regard to reactive maintenance/issue resolve.
Contracted number of hours “on-site” per month to perform a mix of all of the below:
- Preventative maintenance including software and firmware updates to servers and Comms equipment. Ensuring that all user PC’s,laptops have up to date Operating Software for example Windows updates plus up to date security software such as Virus protection
- Maintaining manufacturer warranties and ensuring all equipment remains under same or flagged as needing to be updated
- Dealing with 3rd party vendors on client’s behalf for example phone and Internet providers, IT hardware vendors, Software vendors
- Sourcing product when needed
- Producing monthly/quarterly management reports showing various statistics inclusive of Uptime of servers, Uptime of Comms, number of issues raised/resolved and the time taken
- Attending regular management meetings
- Access to on-line help desk
- Reactive maintenance within specific Service Level Agreement based on equipment and business need
- Installation on new equipment
- 24/7 reactive maintenance cover (remote and call to site)
- Disaster recovery assistance and disaster recovery testing
