IT Systems & Network support
1st level & helpdesk
Part-time up to 20hrs per week, & Permanent
The role will be to work within a network/system support environment, as part of a team supporting a major client, on site, based in Shannon and will be client facing.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, work well in a small team environment, but also individually, and be confident in a client facing role. You enjoy a variety of tasks and like constantly improving systems and services.
Full ‘On the job’ training will be given where required, working in an IT environment giving exposure to latest technologies, but primarily working as helpdesk/level 1 support to our client end users.
A successful candidate would also have:
- Two years experience working in a similar role ideally experienced with Active directory, office 365.
- Studied for/obtained a degree or similar qualification in an IT related discipline.
- Good troubleshooting/documentation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to time scales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable.
- Quick to learn & work under own initiative

Junior/trainee IT Systems & Network support
1st level & helpdesk
Full time & Permanent
The role will be to work within a network/system support environment as part of a team supporting a major client based in Shannon, and will be on-site & client facing.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, work well in a small team environment, but also individually, and be confident in a client facing role. You enjoy a variety of tasks and like constantly improving systems and services.
Full ‘On the job’ training will be given as this is an ideal first job (foot in the door) in an IT environment giving exposure to latest network technologies, primarily working as helpdesk/level 1 support to our client end users.
A successful candidate would also have:
- Studied for/obtained a degree or similar qualification in an IT related discipline.
- Good troubleshooting/documentation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to time scales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable.
- Quick to learn & work under own initiative
